Dubai,TNM: Dubai’s much-loved family entertainment destination, Global Village, is all set to welcome visitors for its new season from Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
The destination will open its doors for Season 31 at 6pm, marking the return of one of the UAE’s most anticipated outdoor attractions as the weather begins to cool.
Running under the theme ‘A More Wonderful World’, the new season will continue until May 2027. The exact closing date has not yet been announced.
What are the opening hours?
Global Village will welcome visitors from 4pm to midnight from Monday to Thursday.
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the destination will remain open for an additional hour, until 1am.
With its mix of international pavilions, entertainment, dining, shopping and rides, the attraction is expected to draw millions of visitors during the season.
How much will tickets cost?
Ticket prices for Season 31 have not yet been announced.
Last season, entry tickets were priced at Dh25 on weekdays and Dh30 on weekends.
As in previous seasons, entry is generally free for children below three years, visitors aged 65 and above, and People of Determination.
The new season’s ticket categories, prices and offers are expected to be announced closer to the opening.
What items are not allowed inside?
Visitors cannot enter Global Village with bicycles, scooters, Segways, roller skates, skateboards or hoverboards.
Pets are also not permitted inside the destination.
Visitors are expected to follow the venue’s dress and conduct guidelines, including dressing modestly and avoiding public displays of affection.
Photography and filming for certain purposes may require prior permission.
What is the VIP Pack?
Frequent visitors can opt for one of the limited VIP Packs, which offer a range of exclusive benefits.
These include:
- Free parking in the VIP parking area
- Access through an exclusive entrance
- Dedicated VIP concierge services
- Discounts at selected Dubai attractions
The price and availability of the VIP Packs for Season 31 have not yet been announced.
Parking at Global Village
Visitors arriving by car can use several free parking areas around Global Village.
For those looking for premium parking, VIP parking is available at Dh200 per day for visitors without a VIP Pack.
Other paid parking areas are also available, with prices ranging from Dh75 to Dh120. One of the paid parking zones is located around 350 metres from the Happiness Gate entrance.
Dedicated parking spaces are also available for People of Determination and A-sticker holders.
Can you take a bus to Global Village?
Yes. Global Village is connected to several parts of Dubai through four public bus routes.
The routes include:
- Bus 102: Centrepoint Metro Station to Global Village
- Bus 103: Union Metro Station via Al Rebat Street
- Bus 104: Ghubaiba Bus Station via Max Fashion Metro Station
- Bus 106: Mall of the Emirates Metro Station, serving areas including Al Barsha and Al Quoz
The services typically operate from around 3.15pm to 11.15pm, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes, depending on the route and traffic conditions.

What can visitors expect in Season 31?
Season 31 will bring a combination of new experiences and returning favourites.
Among the attractions expected to return are some of last season’s popular additions, including Gardens of the World, a landscaped area connecting the Egypt and China pavilions.
Visitors can also look forward to Dragon Kingdom, an interactive attraction featuring 11 themed rooms.
For younger visitors, The Little Wonderers at Carnaval offers an indoor adventure experience designed especially for children.
Alongside these attractions, Global Village will continue to offer its familiar combination of multicultural pavilions, international cuisine, shopping, live entertainment and amusement rides.
Can businesses still set up stalls?
Businesses and entrepreneurs looking to showcase their products or test new concepts can still explore opportunities at Global Village.
A limited number of kiosks are available, with opportunities ranging from leasing options to corporate sales.
The destination has also become a platform for businesses to test new concepts with relatively low risk and limited commitment, with several UAE brands having previously used Global Village to introduce or test products.
Individuals and existing companies can register their interest until September 16.
With the UAE entering its cooler months, the opening of Global Village is expected to add another major attraction to Dubai’s busy outdoor entertainment calendar, offering residents and tourists a mix of culture, food, shopping and entertainment under one roof.
